I had some water damage in my laundry room and was referred to Jay and DEC. Jay came out within an hour (on a Saturday), assessed the situation and developed a plan to dry out the floor and subfloor. On Monday, DEC brought over equipment to dry the floors. The employees who came were on time, nice and quick. A couple of days later they came back to see if the area was dry. It was.  They were once again on time, nice and quick. I could not have been more pleased with how this all went. I would definitely call DEC should the need arise again.

DEC was contacted back on the first of October 2009 regarding water damage to my master bedroom. They came out and performed mitigation services. Due to complications with my insurance carrier, it took until january for the repairs/construction to be complete. I am very satisfied with the job they performed and would recommend them to anyone.

Your company certainly responded in a timely manner on the night of the storm damage and worked until
3 am the next morning. Your two workers were very professional, efficient, and took their job seriously.
